Can this hair be colored, dyed, permed and/or flat ironed?

Yes, this is 100% virgin hair.

Is there somewhere we can see more pictures and stay updated?

Please have hair colored by experts, failing to do so may cause damage. We are not responsible for damage caused by altering. 

How long will my order take?

Shipping takes 5-7 days. This is not the total of days it will take for you order to get to you. Processing can also take from 2-4 days. Most orders will be received in 4-10 BUSINESS days depending on the volume of orders.

Delays are subject to occur with huge sales and holidays. When checking out you agree to those terms. Order mah take 7-14 day so during high volume orders. IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE YOU MAY FALL IN THIS TIME RANGE. Please DO NOT schedule a hair appointment until you receive your hair. We are not responsible for charges that occur due to rescheduling hair appointments. 

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, when you're order is finished being processed a tracking number will be emailed to you through a program called STAMPS. This will allow you to track the order. You will also receive a second tracking number for Shopify. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam.

My order is not tracking, what should I do?

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to update before contacting us. If it still has not updated please email bonjourbundlesco@gmail.com with your order #, name and address confirmation so that we can figure out the issue.  

What if I don't like the hair or get a bad batch, can I exchange it ?

No exchanges unless the hair is in original packaging and you find an approved problem and you may sent it back for an exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to decline an exchange. 

Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with my purchase?

No refunds are allowed. In rare cases that we do allow refunds. The consumer will pay return shipping and will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Hair must be in original condition and packing.

I emailed and I am not getting an answer?

Please allow 24-48 (24-72 during sales & holidays) hours for an emailed response. We close our customer service everyday at 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

If I order/pre-order something and it's taking too long may I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, when you agree to a pre-order you accept the fact that it is not going to come right away. It should ship out by the date posted, but delays may happen. All pre-orders will ship within 20 calendar days. During sales this policy is the same. Your order may take up to 20 calendar days. All wigs will ship within 45 calendar days.
